Random Cambodian Sentences and words

Here are about 20 Khmer words with a sentence in Khmer script and Cambodian romanization. I did this for another student, and hope this helps others! Let me know what you think!

Ex:     I like to shop at new market.

Chas  ចាស់    old

Ex:  i never  go to the​​​ old market because it is  far from my house.

ខ្ញុំ         មិនដែលទៅផ្សារចាស់ពីព្រោះវា  នៅឆ្ងាយ     ពី      ផ្ទះរបស់ខ្ញុំ​ ។

សុភាមិនចង់ចំណាយលុយ ច្រើនលើម្ហូបអាហារទេពីព្រោះនាងចង់សន្សំលុយសំរាប់បង់សាលា​ ។sopha  min jong cham-nay luy chraen leu mhoob-aea-har​ te bpi-bpruah neang jong san-saam luy sam-reab baong saa-laa nov chnam kraoy .

Ex:​    The children in the organization look lovely and smart.

Ex: I tried to open the door but I was not strong enough.
